Leaking flat roof
A gentleman rang Squirrel Construction because he had water coming in through the flat roof of his porch.

I was advised to replace the roof with a pitch roof and have it tiled as this would make it maintainance free for years. I must say, the workmanship was second to none. An excellent job and would highly recommend this company to friends and family in the future.

Problem with lock on door
A lady rang Squirrel Construction and couldn't close and lock the external door. We sent a joiner to assess the job. He subsequently fixed the door for her (not too big a job) then advised her she has still got cover on her NHBC guarantee for any faults in future. He did not charge her as it was on his way home and not much out of his time.

Friendly, fantastic and a prompt job done. I was given advice on maybe using my NHBC guarantee for any other problems as it is still in date and best of all was NOT CHARGED for the visit or work done. Squirrel Construction could not justify a payment for such a small job. Thanks ever so much.
